10/2023 update - I saw Patrice, PA, in July for my annual skin check. I showed up for the appointment and to my chagrin had accidentally canceled it vs confirming. They fit me in and Patrice took a biopsy that ended up being malignant melanoma that required referral to an Oncologist. I travel a lot and if they wouldn't have fit me in, I wouldn't have rescheduled for a long time. That aggressive cancer would have just been metastasizing in my body.... They likely saved my life, not being dramatic at all!! I have since gone through the cancer excision and lymph node testing and am thankful to be cancer free. Can't recommend these professionals enough! 10/2021 update - saw Dr. Dharamsi today because I needed more specialist attention for removal of facial mole(s). Always a great experience! Update to previous review - I visited during the peak of COVID in NTX and felt very safe with the protocol in place. Saw Patrice and Dr. Farid and had a great experience, yet again. Will be back! I've been a patient at Legacy Dermatology, really since they first opened. I see Patrice for my annual skin wellness check, and Dr. Farid for cosmetic. The offices are beautifully decorated and clean, the staff professional and kind. I've literally never interacted with someone who isn't nice. They also offer high quality skin care products, including great sunscreen. Dr. Farid does a great job with cosmetic injections - he's gentle and has a knack to not cause bruising. His approach achieves very natural results that don't make you look like you've had "work done". They have recently invested in expanding their business and now have Legacy Restoration, which is dedicated to cosmetic. Same office park, same swanky decor & great care. I highly recommend choosing Legacy for your skin and beauty needs. More

Legacy Dermatology is wonderful!! We’ve been going for a few years and the PA Patrice is who was recommended to us and she has been treating my Daughter’s acne for a couple of years or longs, and her skin is now acne free and simply beautiful!! She was very patient and taught my daughter how to effectively take care of her skin and I LOVE that! She diagnosed me with having eczema on my feet and I just always thought it was severe dry skin. My Husband had some acne issues as well that she effectively treated. So, I highly recommend Legacy Dermatology!! It’s my understanding that ALL the Doctors are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the Office is very inviting, beautiful, and clean. Both me and my wife are getting treatment from Dr.Mishra. Mine is for hyperpigmentation while my wife is getting treated for her acne and both of us have seen visible improvements in our conditions. Dr.Mishra takes time to listen to all our concerns and explains how the medications would work and also suggests all the precautions that need to be taken while under treatment.We have seen other doctors as well before Dr.Mishra but none of their treatments helped us. I would definitely recommend him for your dermatological needs. More
The staff and the doctors are wonderful here, especially Dr.Patrice Simone. I consider her one of the best. She is so knowledgeable and nice. I went to her to get treated for my sudden onset of hair loss and her treatment helped me immensely. I consider her my life saver! I was so happy that I wasn’t alone and it can be treatable. Dr. Armstrong is Awesome. Very patient too. Went to other Dermatologists and could not cure what I had, but Dr. Armstrong found what works right away. Would recommend. Couple years later, my psoriasis is still under control. Sometimes I still get a rash, but I go see him and always knows what to prescribe. The 45 minute drive is worth it. More
The best team for rosacea! Ive suffered with ocular rosacea/blepharitis for 10+ years. I travel extensively with my job so in addition to dermatologists in Plano and Frisco, i have sought help from dermatologists, eye doctors, and family clinics all over the U.S. No one helped me AT ALL until i found Dr. Dharamsi. Not only is she up-to-date with treatments for this complicated condition, she is empathetic, kind, and a great listener. My rosacea is finally becoming manageable. Before finding Dr Jenny Dharamsi we tried 4 dermatologist in this area , had bad experiences. Both my daughters had acne , their confidence was low and they were teased at school. (12 and 15 years old) As a mother I felt helpless, was in search of a dermatologist that listened, heard us and treated the girls as individuals. Am happy to say both girls have clear complexions and glow with confidence. We highly recommended Dr Dharamsi and are so blessed we found her . She really cares! More

The best dermatologist and the office I have met so far. I have Eczema for years and had tried so many different dermatologists with disappointment till I gave up on doctors. But the problem was still there. Eventually I got to know Dr.D. She is knowledgeable and willing to provide detailed honest answers to my questions. The staff in the office are also very warm and professional. The treatments are progressive with positive result each time. The Eczema is very stubborn but Dr.D helped me have confidence that we can get it done this time! We tried different ways, eventually Dupixent works for me with zero cost after insurance. More
Dr. Dharamsi has been my dermatologist since I moved to Texas in 2018. The clinic is beautiful, the staff is kind, patient and helpful. I had a really great experience with this wonderful clinic. From the lady who took my call and scheduled me a same day appointment for a kind of emergency case ( I developed nasty rashes or chemical burn under my eye from using some skincare product), to me being late (because Waze sent me to the Legacy Dr in a completely different city) but still very kindly to take me in... but the best was yet to come, Kim was very friendly during the initial interview and Dr. Earnest’s simply incredible. She is very patient in listening to my concerns and very reassuring as well. I honestly was pretty vulnerable at that point and would have just said yes to any skin products or procedures she recommended to save my poor face but Dr. Earnest didn’t push any of those on me. Simple prescribed me medicated ointment that already started working after administrating it twice. Highly recommend Legacy Dermatology and Restoration Center! More
I was very impressed with the humanness and kindness of the front staff when I called almost crying to see a doctor about my hair loss. I was so grateful they took the time to go in and talk to one of the nurses about having Patrice (PA) see me right away. She agreed to come in on her day off and see me. Her nurse Sonja was so nice and took time to ask me lots of questions and get down all of the details without making me feel rushed. Patrice then spent at least 30 minutes with me going over what she thought was happening, solutions and treatments, and even some more personal practices to reduce stress. Absolutely amazing. Doctor Jennifer Dharamsi is the best in her field. I love her manner and approach to the patient’s issues , her prescription works like magic and I love how she has almost all products available on hand and never charges a cent above market value of the products. All other providers charge extra for products available at hand but not her. Her work ethic is superb and all the assistants are highly professional and very kind. I love my visits to this practice as it’s great value for money and the care provided is superb. My acne and dark spots cleared up and all my skin care and hair issues were resolved within weeks of starting on Dr J Dharamsi’s advice and products. Absolutely awesome. More
I have seen both, Dr. Jennifer Dharamsi and Dr. Farid Dharamsi. They are both excellent, caring, and passionate about meeting the needs of their patients. I saw Dr. Dharamsi and her wonderful nurse, Val, for Seborrheic dermatitis. They were so attentive and both put me at ease, addressed all my concerns, and assured me that Seb derm was more common than I thought. They shared some at-home recommendations and called in a prescription for me. I noticed a difference right away and had much needed relief for my scalp the same day. I saw Dr. Farid Dharamsi for Botox, this was my first time doing anything cosmetic so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I knew I was in great hands from the many positive reviews I had read. Dr. Farid is by far the nicest doctor I have ever met, definitely felt like I was visiting with a friend. Super cool that the staff takes before and after photos in their camera room, definitely a great tool when you want to look back at how far your skin has come. There was no pain associated with my Botox treatment, and I was able to return to work without looking like I just had Botox. He gave me an after-care sheet on the do’s and don’ts, and his staff even called me the very next day JUST to check on me! Exceptional service!! As far as my results, I noticed full results within 2 weeks and couldn’t be more pleased! At 29, I want any and all cosmetic treatments to be subtle and natural-looking, Dr. Farid exceeded that! Today I had a follow up appointment that I had to do via telederm appointment with Dr. Jennifer Dharamsi. As per usual, my expectations were far exceeded. Dr. D. is always so warm and caring, and it shines through even on a computer screen. All my questions and concerns about my Rosacea treatment, from Rosacea creams to anti-aging serums to Rosacea friendly makeup, were addressed. Dr. Dharamsi is very knowledgeable. She explains everything thoroughly. The team helps do all the leg work with insurance and assistance for what would be VERY expensive medication without it. My skin hasn't looked this good in a decade since I've had to deal with psoriasis. She's now my go to skin doctor. If you have a medical issue with your skin, go here! More
The front desk ladies are super sweet and got me checked in fast, (even though I had called ahead to let them know I was running late bc of traffic) and were understanding when I had accidentally brought the wrong new patient forms. They also prefilled my info into alot of the documents, name/insurance, etc. so it made it super easy to fill out and sign, I love that at doctors offices. I saw Patrice, the PA and her medical assistant, Jen. They were amazing!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Patrice was super thorough about my conditions, educating me on meds and diagnosis, addressing all my concerns especially acne and eczema, and even discovered something else I wasnt even aware of. Jenn also wrote down and went over everything again with me so I knew exactly what to do after seeing Patrice, the PA. Everyone I have encountered here has been phenomenal and I will be forever grateful to the team at Legacy Dermatology! I had never thought I could have nice skin, and before coming here, I was nervous about seeing a dermatologist for the first time. Dr. Dharamsi changed my life by helping me with all of my skin complaints, including eczema, acne, and acne scarring. I've never felt better about myself or more in control of my skin. She was very attentive and willing to answer any questions that I had, giving me options in my care and taking the time to explain. I have been coming to legacy dermatology for about 6 months or so and my experience with Patrice has been amazing. Not only did she recognize I had rosacea, but she has been an integral part in my overall skin journey. By following her regime and living a better lifestyle my skin has improved tremendously. Im so happy with my results! My skin is doing so much better than it was way over a year ago. I had really bad acne for months and tried everything from high end skin care at Sephora but nothing was helping get read of it. Until I finally just had enough and made an appointment. From the start Patrice was able to help me figure out the plan for the future of my skin and what I needed to use to better it. I was prescribed medication that really helped and recommend only the best of skin care that I'm able to purchase with them. It has made such a difference, honestly no other product has been able to do its justice The texture and complexion of my skin is so much better now. I still have scarring which is normal and is fading slowly, but I'll be able to get laser treatment to help get rid of it sooner:) More
To put things simply, Dr. Dharamsi is the best Dermatologist in DFW. I have had type A dermatitis for my entire life and have seen every so called, "top dermatologist" in the Dallas area. Instead of just giving me a standard prescription and 2 minute talk, she decided to change my entire regime and gave me a morning/night routine. She genuinely cares about her patients and I cannot recommend her enough! She also recommended that I buy the product line that they had in office but her intentions were sincere as opposed to a pushy sales tactic. THESE PRODUCTS WORK PEOPLE!!!! WOW! Let me start off by saying I have been to MANY dermatologists over the years and I have yet to meet one like Dr. Dharamsi. She is so personable and truly knows and understands her field. I had an issue that she addressed immediately and even took time out of her day to fit me into her busy schedule last minute. She explained everything to me clearly and gave me such good information and insight regarding my current skincare regimen. I had to leave yet another review for Legacy Dermatology as I had a BBL laser treatment with Dr. Farid Dharamsi today to treat my rosacea. I have never done a laser treatment of any kind so I was extremely nervous. He was so patient with me, and I could tell that my comfort was his number one priority. He told me that we would take it slow, and that he had nothing but time for me. So refreshing to find that kind of bedside manner these days- which made the whole process a lot easier. I will definitely not be afraid to do another treatment in the future! After years of suffering with eczema, Patrice Simon at Legacy Dermatology finally gave me some hope! My occupation as a hairdresser has prevented me from being able to heal and treat the dyshidrotic eczema on my hands to the point that it was unbearable. It has prevented me from being able to perform over 75% of my tasks at work and home. I was no longer able to even bathe my daughter because my hands were left with severe pain, itching, burning, and so on. Even religiously wearing gloves didn't work. My hands would get hot and sweat, and the symptoms would flare up just as bad. I was at a complete loss. It was a viscous cycle. I was willing to try anything to make the pain go away. That's when i found Legacy Dermatology. The staff was warm and welcoming. Patrice was very sweet, sincere, patient, and informative to me. She drew up a game plan and prescribed me the right over the counter and prescriptions needed to tackle this agony! I absolutely love Dr. Dharamsi. I would recommend her to anyone. I have been seeing her myself for a mole that was melanoma, and my teenage son has been in for acne. She is incredible. She is professional, but warm. She will take all the time you need to explain everything to you. Her credentials are what drew me to her -- she is literally one of the best trained physicians you will find. But her bedside manner is so friendly and approachable. I feel that her skin exams are absolutely thorough. She recently just found another mole that turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma. I am beyond thankful to her and will never see another doctor for my skin. She is phenomenal. More
