10/2023 update - I saw Patrice, PA, in July for my annual skin check. I showed up for the appointment and to my chagrin had accidentally canceled it vs confirming. They fit me in and Patrice took a biopsy that ended up being malignant melanoma that required referral to an Oncologist. I travel a lot and if they wouldn't have fit me in, I wouldn't have rescheduled for a long time. That aggressive cancer would have just been metastasizing in my body.... They likely saved my life, not being dramatic at all!! I have since gone through the cancer excision and lymph node testing and am thankful to be cancer free. Can't recommend these professionals enough! 10/2021 update - saw Dr. Dharamsi today because I needed more specialist attention for removal of facial mole(s). Always a great experience! Update to previous review - I visited during the peak of COVID in NTX and felt very safe with the protocol in place. Saw Patrice and Dr. Farid and had a great experience, yet again. Will be back! I've been a patient at Legacy Dermatology, really since they first opened. I see Patrice for my annual skin wellness check, and Dr. Farid for cosmetic. The offices are beautifully decorated and clean, the staff professional and kind. I've literally never interacted with someone who isn't nice. They also offer high quality skin care products, including great sunscreen. Dr. Farid does a great job with cosmetic injections - he's gentle and has a knack to not cause bruising. His approach achieves very natural results that don't make you look like you've had "work done". They have recently invested in expanding their business and now have Legacy Restoration, which is dedicated to cosmetic. Same office park, same swanky decor & great care. I highly recommend choosing Legacy for your skin and beauty needs. More

We have seen 3 Drs in this practice. My husband had surgery to remove a Basal Cell Carcinoma cancer. I’m having some laser treatment now. Everyone is so friendly Welcoming and professional. More

Dr. Farid does an excellent job explaining appropriate options to keep my mid 60’s aging skin healthy. I’ve also had a couple of skin cancer surgeries there where the care was exceptional. I saw Patrice Simon and she was very warming and welcoming. I had no idea I would be getting the diagnosis I did that day, but she put my mind at ease with what would be upcoming for me in the future needing to have MOHS procedure. Her nurse was very personable. I had questions after I left and called back leaving a voicemail message, she returned my call within the hour. I do believe I have found my Dermatologist for life, now that I will be needing more frequent follow ups. More

Being fairly new to the area I really didn't know where to go for a skin cancer screen. I also had some questions about aesthetic procedures. After doing the usual online research and reading reviews and asking a couple women in my neighborhood, I decided on Legacy Dermatology. I did not ask for a specific practitioner and I got Dr. Rachael Earnest. She's not just a pretty face. 😉 She's very thorough, listens, and answers your questions enthusiastically. The whole time I was in the office I just felt like I was in a place where people cared about me. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the assistant who took me back to the room, but she was extremely kind, friendly, and such a beautiful positive attitude. This is probably one of the best doctor experiences I've ever had. I can't recommend highly enough. More

I was very nervous about having a body check for skin cancer. Dr. Earnest was very professional; talking to me about specific concerns and letting me know exactly what the exam would entail. She made sure I was comfortable multiple times during the exam. Afterwards, she explained her findings, told me what to watch for, and let me know when she wanted to see me again. Dr. Dharamsi has been my dermatologist since I moved to Texas in 2018. The clinic is beautiful, the staff is kind, patient and helpful. Most importantly, Dr. Dharamsi is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and willing to address and discuss any and all of my skin related concerns from skin cancer to acne, and is even conscious of cost associated with procedures or recommended treatments. This was my first time being seen by a dermatologist in years... The front office staff is very welcoming, and extremely helpful in navigating me through the new patient forms. I was a bit nervous for my full body skin exam, but Dr. Earnest and her nurse, Kim, put me right at ease. Dr. Earnest is very friendly, professional, and thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the skin exam prior to performing the exam. She addressed all my concerns and never made me feel rushed during my visit. Dr Jennifer is very professional and care focused. I had a bad experience with a Plano now Frisco Dermatologist which resulted in a simple basal cell cancer losing part of my ear then my Parotid and 2 sessions of radiation. I wish I had gone to her as she is preventative focused and appropriately care aggressive treatment. She and her Staff listen and work well as a team. I am in my 80s, have been seeing Dermatologists for many years, Dr Jennifer is the Best. More

If you’re looking for a dermatologist, look no further than Legacy Dermatology. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurse, the doctor and lady at the check out were extremely friendly. As for my doctor, Dr. Earnest, she was the most personable and friendly doctor I’ve ever met. Not only did she take the time to address all of my questions and concerns, she was able to put me at ease during what would normally be a very intimidating/embarrassing procedure ... full body skin exam. I went in for a skin cancer screening I was not able to see Dr Dharamsi but I was able to book an appointment with Brad Armstrong . He was very thorough in his examination. I had a facial wart removed which he performed to perfection . He checked to make sure if my insurance covered it. I was very pleased. More

Had surgery for skin cancer, and I received excellent care from Dr. Dharamsi and her nurse. I had a 4 inch incision and a week after the stitch removal, you can hardly see the scar. Her entire staff is amazing and gives excellent customer service. I have been to many dermatologists over the years, and she is the best yet. She is so kind and compassionate!!  I really want to give her 10 stars!!  I have seen very few doctors with her attitude and great bedside manor. Dr. Dharamsi and her entire staff are so personable and professional. I have spent the last two months going in to the office at least once a week for follow up appointments after a skin cancer removal developed complications. From the first appointment, Dr. Dharamsi has always explained treatment details and costs completely and asked if I was comfortable with her plan. The quality of care that I have received from her and her nurses has been nothing short of wonderful. I was worried I may have skin cancer and was able to see Dr. Dharamsi quickly. She was able to explain to me what was going on and I did NOT have skin cancer. She really takes the time to explain things and doesn't seemed rushed. Would highly recommend!!! More

I absolutely love Dr. Dharamsi. I would recommend her to anyone. I have been seeing her myself for a mole that was melanoma, and my teenage son has been in for acne. She is incredible. She is professional, but warm. She will take all the time you need to explain everything to you. Her credentials are what drew me to her -- she is literally one of the best trained physicians you will find. But her bedside manner is so friendly and approachable. I feel that her skin exams are absolutely thorough. She recently just found another mole that turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma. I am beyond thankful to her and will never see another doctor for my skin. She is phenomenal. More

Incredible doctor - I have been seeing Dr. Dharamsi for about 9 months now. She found a melanoma mole and removed it. Her bedside manner is incredible. She will spend as much time as you need to help you feel comfortable. Her skin exams are thorough and comprehensive. She does not take any chances and will aggressively treat anything suspicious. She is compassionate and caring. I cannot recommend her enough. I will never see another dermatologist ever. More
