Had a great appointment with Denisa! I came to this office for her, specifically. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was extremely professional and very polite. Even their office policy documents were clear, concise, and informative, in a way that wasn't your typical "legal, medical document." The office manager was very understanding, and pleasant to talk to. She explained the reasoning behind some of the questions on the forms, and how she is working to change the inclusion of those questions. I loved the music that they were playing, as well; it made me feel comforted and welcomed. This seems minor, but I love that each room had its own theme, including a name plate outside the room. It feels "warmer" to enter into the "Seaside" room, rather than "Room 3." Would recommend this practice (Prosper location) to others. More

What a great experience! I can't say enough about how much I love Denisa! She is attentive, thorough and genuinely cares about you as a patient. Karly was very kind and worked so well with her. The girls at the front desk were sweet and easy to talk with and I felt so comfortable there. If you're looking for a dermatology center, look no more. I highly recommend Denisa and the entire staff at Legacy Dermatology. More
