Had a great appointment with Denisa! I came to this office for her, specifically. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was extremely professional and very polite. Even their office policy documents were clear, concise, and informative, in a way that wasn't your typical "legal, medical document." The office manager was very understanding, and pleasant to talk to. She explained the reasoning behind some of the questions on the forms, and how she is working to change the inclusion of those questions. I loved the music that they were playing, as well; it made me feel comforted and welcomed. This seems minor, but I love that each room had its own theme, including a name plate outside the room. It feels "warmer" to enter into the "Seaside" room, rather than "Room 3." Would recommend this practice (Prosper location) to others. More

Would recommend to everyone! We had such a good experience and they got us in quickly. My son had a pretty bad rash and was miserable. He’s healing really nicely and the physician was super knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend! More

Everyone from the front desk to the MA and of course Melissa Prasatik, PA are absolutely wonderful. I was a patient of Melissa's for a pleasant but very short period of time at another dermatology office a few years ago. After receiving an email from the office that she would be leaving I never went back. Fast-Forward to just recent I was unhappy about a different office I went to and decided to google Melissa's name. I immediately made an appointment and was so pleased. Melissa is so caring, very knowledgeable, and explains the how's and why's of everything. She listens, she made sure to ask me questions to gain insight on what was going on with my face. I came to Dr Jenny Dharamsi for my first skin check after our move to Texas. I have a history of Melanoma as a young adult. She was so detailed and professional as she understood my background and also highly detailed as she checked me. She questioned mole on my left ear, talked through the options, and biopsied It. 2 weeks later she called and told me it was melanoma. The empathy and advocacy that she met me with that day was remarkable. She talked through the options, and I asked for her best recommendation for the surgery. Dr Dharamsi not only gave me the best care in her clinic, but also advocated to get me into one of the best doctors in Dermatology/Surgery as I walked through a difficult 6-8 weeks, I was cared for in such a gracious and professional manner. Please keep your skin health a priority and stay under the care of Dr Jenny Dharamsi and her team. More

First visit to a dermatologist in a very long time. Dr. Adler made that visit a very pleasant experience. He took the time to learn about me as a person before getting into the care I needed and that made the whole visit a lot less stressful. I had a great experience here at the Prosper location. It was the first time I had ever been to a dermatologist, and I didn’t know what to expect (doctor visits always make me nervous) but I needn’t have worried. PA-C Melissa and Nurse Ashton were super nice and both were very easy to talk to. My condition was explained to me very clearly, and the potential treatments and their potential side effects, and the general efficacy of each treatment option was also explained. I left the clinic highly satisfied and also excited knowing that we had several treatment options to pursue should we need to. I’m looking forward to my follow up and I recommend this clinic! More

Dr Jenny Dharamsi & her husband Dr Farid Dharamsi are the perfect dynamic duo. She handles all my Medical needs & he removed a tattoo with a laser after only 4 treatments. I refer all my brow clients for removal to Farid because he’s simply the best with the best laser with the best results. The best team for rosacea! Ive suffered with ocular rosacea/blepharitis for 10+ years. I travel extensively with my job so in addition to dermatologists in Plano and Frisco, i have sought help from dermatologists, eye doctors, and family clinics all over the U.S. No one helped me AT ALL until i found Dr. Dharamsi. Not only is she up-to-date with treatments for this complicated condition, she is empathetic, kind, and a great listener. My rosacea is finally becoming manageable.
