Being fairly new to the area I really didn't know where to go for a skin cancer screen. I also had some questions about aesthetic procedures. After doing the usual online research and reading reviews and asking a couple women in my neighborhood, I decided on Legacy Dermatology. I did not ask for a specific practitioner and I got Dr. Rachael Earnest. She's not just a pretty face. 😉 She's very thorough, listens, and answers your questions enthusiastically. The whole time I was in the office I just felt like I was in a place where people cared about me. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the assistant who took me back to the room, but she was extremely kind, friendly, and such a beautiful positive attitude. But the problem was still there. Eventually I got to know Dr.D. She is knowledgeable and willing to provide detailed honest answers to my questions. I was taken back fairly quickly after finishing my paperwork and once the nurse left the room, it was a total of 25 minutes between waiting for the doctor, getting seen and then checked out. From the lady who took my call and scheduled me a same day appointment for a kind of emergency case ( I developed nasty rashes or chemical burn under my eye from using some skincare product), to me being late (because Waze sent me to the Legacy Dr in a completely different city) but still very kindly to take me in... but the best was yet to come, Kim was very friendly during the initial interview and Dr. Earnest’s simply incredible. She is very patient in listening to my concerns and very reassuring as well. I honestly was pretty vulnerable at that point and would have just said yes to any skin products or procedures she recommended to save my poor face but Dr. Earnest didn’t push any of those on me. I was very impressed with the humanness and kindness of the front staff when I called almost crying to see a doctor about my hair loss. I was so grateful they took the time to go in and talk to one of the nurses about having Patrice (PA) see me right away. She agreed to come in on her day off and see me. Her nurse Sonja was so nice and took time to ask me lots of questions and get down all of the details without making me feel rushed. I always have a great experience in this doctor’s office. I have been coming to this office for about 5 years. I have been seen by Dr. Dharamsi and I can say she is not only great at what she does but she is very friendly and open. I have also done cosmetic procedures with her staff and have zero complaints. I understand that the practice has new procedures, but I hope they don’t change their “family” approach because that is one of the main things that brings me back. I'm a huge fan! An urgent care I went to had given me a steroid injection and botched it. I had a HUGE indention in my upper left buttock and my PCP basically told me it would go away on its own or not at all. I went here and saw Brad (PA-C), who suggested injecting a saline solution to break up the indention. Two months later and it's almost completely back to normal. I have also seen both Drs. Dharamsi for injectables and I can't say enough good things. I have LOVED my results. They do a thorough assessment of what it is you'd like to accomplish and create a plan that delivers exactly what you envision. I drive 30 minutes to get there but I'd drive much further to get this care!! Their office staff is efficient, competent and always leave me feeling like I'm not just a number. I have seen both, Dr. Jennifer Dharamsi and Dr. Farid Dharamsi. They are both excellent, caring, and passionate about meeting the needs of their patients. I saw Dr. Dharamsi and her wonderful nurse, Val, for Seborrheic dermatitis. They were so attentive and both put me at ease, addressed all my concerns, and assured me that Seb derm was more common than I thought. They shared some at-home recommendations and called in a prescription for me. I noticed a difference right away and had much needed relief for my scalp the same day. I saw Dr. Farid Dharamsi for Botox, this was my first time doing anything cosmetic so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I knew I was in great hands from the many positive reviews I had read. Dr. Farid is by far the nicest doctor I have ever met, definitely felt like I was visiting with a friend. Super cool that the staff takes before and after photos in their camera room, definitely a great tool when you want to look back at how far your skin has come. There was no pain associated with my Botox treatment, and I was able to return to work without looking like I just had Botox. He gave me an after-care sheet on the do’s and don’ts, and his staff even called me the very next day JUST to check on me! Exceptional service!! As far as my results, I noticed full results within 2 weeks and couldn’t be more pleased! At 29, I want any and all cosmetic treatments to be subtle and natural-looking, Dr. Farid exceeded that!
