I was very impressed with the humanness and kindness of the front staff when I called almost crying to see a doctor about my hair loss. I was so grateful they took the time to go in and talk to one of the nurses about having Patrice (PA) see me right away. She agreed to come in on her day off and see me. Her nurse Sonja was so nice and took time to ask me lots of questions and get down all of the details without making me feel rushed. Patrice then spent at least 30 minutes with me going over what she thought was happening, solutions and treatments, and even some more personal practices to reduce stress. She was very very kind and listened. I am thankful I found them and they squeezed me in right before the holidays. More

Today I saw Patrice. She was beyond phenomenal. She was knowledgeable and very attentive and she educated me on everything (issue) that I am having with my skin and hair loss and scalp. I am a self-pay patient and I had a great experience today! The office is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! More
